Building Restoration & Renovation in Kuwait
Cracked walls, a leaking roof, or an older building that needs full rehabilitation? We start with an engineering inspection of the site and a written technical report explaining the cause before we propose any solution — no guesswork, and no open-ended items in the contract.
Site inspection and the initial technical report are free of charge and without obligation.

What we address in restoration work
Restoration is not a fresh coat of paint over an old problem. We identify the source first, treat it, then refinish.
Structural Crack Treatment
We inspect cracks in columns, beams and load-bearing walls, determine whether they are superficial or structural, then treat them by epoxy injection or strengthening as set out in the engineering report.
Waterproofing & Thermal Insulation
Insulation of roofs, bathrooms and water tanks, plus treatment of rising damp in foundations, with a flood test before refinishing to confirm there is no leakage.
Rehabilitation of Older Buildings
Upgrading buildings constructed years ago: renewing electrical and plumbing systems, replacing doors and windows, and completely refinishing interiors and exteriors.
Alterations & Extensions
Removing or adding walls, opening up spaces, building an annex or an additional floor, with a review of structural loads and the necessary approvals obtained before work begins.
Interior Fit-Out
Interior finishing works including flooring, suspended ceilings, painting, gypsum and carpentry, coordinated with your designer or delivered by our team.
Engineering Supervision
If you already have a contractor, we provide engineering supervision and quality and quantity control on your behalf through to final handover.
From the first call to handover
Four clear stages, and at every stage you know what is happening and when it ends.
Site Visit
A free site visit during working days, with photography, documentation of the existing condition and measurement of the affected areas.
Technical Report
A written document setting out the cause of the problem, the proposed solution and the materials to be used — it stays yours whether or not you contract with us.
Detailed Quotation
Pricing built on line items and quantities, with a timeline and payments tied to completion milestones rather than dates alone.
Execution & Handover
An engineer-supervised team, regular progress reports, and final handover after a joint inspection walkthrough with you.
What sets us apart
- We begin with a written diagnosis before pricing, so you never pay for a solution that does not address the cause.
- The quotation is itemised with quantities, not a vague lump sum that can be increased later.
- A named engineer responsible for your project, and a single point of contact throughout.
- A company registered and licensed since 2019 — an official contract and a proper invoice.
- We adhere to the material specifications stated in the contract and document everything delivered to site.
- A written warranty on the executed works after handover.

What clients usually ask
How long does the site visit take, and is there a fee?
The visit is free and without obligation. We arrange an appointment during official working days (Sunday to Thursday), and the visit usually takes one to two hours depending on the size of the property and the nature of the problem. You then receive a written technical report.
How is the cost of restoration calculated?
It is calculated from line items and quantities: the area of surfaces treated, the length of cracks, the type of insulation material, and the volume of finishing works. That is why we do not give a final figure before the site visit — any number quoted over the phone before seeing the site is a guess, and it usually changes during execution.
Do you handle dangerous structural cracks?
Yes, and they are the first thing we inspect. We distinguish between superficial cracks in the plaster and cracks affecting structural elements. If the problem proves to be structural, we do not treat it cosmetically; we set out an engineered strengthening solution and explain it in the report before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
It varies with scope: treating a limited roof leak may take days, while the full rehabilitation of a villa may run to weeks or months. The timeline is included in the quotation before signing, and payments are tied to completion milestones.
Do you provide a warranty on the work?
Yes, a written warranty on the executed works whose duration is set in the contract and varies with the type of work and the materials used. Warranties on the materials themselves come from the manufacturer, and we hand you their documents.
Do you work across all areas of Kuwait?
Yes, we cover all governorates of Kuwait. Our office is in Al-Mirqab – Mazaya Tower 1, and visits are arranged in advance by appointment.
Send a photo of the problem and we will reply with an initial diagnosis
